Delivery Areas

Our standard shipping rates apply to UK Mainland addresses. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, and offshore islands may incur additional surcharges or extended delivery times due to courier restrictions. If your area is outside our standard coverage, please contact us directly for a custom delivery quotation.

Reliability & Timeframes

We primarily utilize Royal Mail and Parcelforce for our collection and delivery services. While we maintain a 92% success rate for deliveries arriving within the estimated timeframe, we cannot provide an absolute guarantee on specific dates due to external factors beyond our control.

• Please Note: "Working days" refer to Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or Bank Holidays.

Upon Receipt of Goods

It is essential that you inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you discover any issues, or if an item appears damaged or defective, please email us as soon as possible with a detailed description and photos of the problem.

• Inspection Process: We will investigate your claim promptly. Depending on the issue, we may ask you to return the items for a formal inspection.

• Resolution: Once inspected, we will either dispatch a replacement, issue a refund, or return the original goods to you if no fault is found.

• Strict Policy: Please be aware that no refunds or exchanges will be issued for merchandise that has been used.
