Returns & Cancellations Policy

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at supplymydecor@hotmail.co.uk. All return requests must be submitted via email to ensure documented correspondence; we do not process returns over the phone. Once approved, you will receive a return reference number which must be retained for your records.

Return Conditions

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the exact condition they were received.

  • Used Items: We strictly do not accept, replace, or refund used items. Used items sent back to us will be discarded without a refund or exchange.

  • Responsibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect all items immediately upon delivery to ensure they are correct and undamaged. We cannot accept used products back, even if the item sent was incorrect.

Damages & Timeframes

  • Reporting Damage: You must inspect your order on arrival and notify us of any damage within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Deadlines: You must notify us of your intent to return an item within 14 days of delivery. Once notified, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Postage & Refunds

  • Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and must provide tracking information immediately upon dispatch. If the item is confirmed damaged upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Refund Processing: Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 14 working days. We refund the cost of the item only; original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged.

Cancellations & Delivery

    • Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch for a full refund within 48 hours.

    • Loss of Earnings: While we strive for timely delivery, Supply My Events Ltd is not liable for any compensation, costs, or loss of earnings resulting from delivery delays.

    • Delayed Orders: If an order is delayed and no longer required, please email us to cancel prior to shipping or reject the delivery when the courier attempts it. If the goods are accepted, they must be returned at the buyer's expense.
