Return
- To return an item you need to contact us on sales@supplymyevents.co.uk and retain your return reference number. We do not accept or process return request over the phone to keep the conversation documented.
- Items must be returned in the same condition that they were received and in original packaging. Please note that used items will not be uplifted and cannot be replaced or refunded, returned used items will be discarded and no refund or exchange offered. So please note that it is your sole responsibility to order items on time and to check orders when they arrive to confirm it is the correct items as we will not accept used products back even if they were sent incorrectly in the first place.
- Its also important that customers ensure that goods are cared for and stored properly once received as you are solely responsible for what happens to items once its delivered. And you must check for damage on delivery and notify us within 24hours of delivery of any damage
- Buyer needs to pay the return postage and notify us the tracking information immediately. If the item is damaged, we will absorb the return postage cost.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 working days and we will refund the cost of the item, but not the postage. Unless the item is damaged.
- You have the right to cancel your order at any time before items are dispatched. We will then refund your order within 48 hours.
- Compensations for Loss of Earnings: Whilst every effort is made to ensure that orders are delivered within specified delivery timescales, Supply my events Ltd will not be liable for costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to failure to meet agreed delivery deadlines. Please email us to cancel delayed order prior to shipping if it is no longer required or reject goods when courier attempt, otherwise you will have to return goods for refund at your own cost.

If you do not agree with any part of the Sales Terms, do not order any goods from this Site. If Supply my events Ltd accepts any order for goods from you, then its agreement with you will be made on these Sales Terms.
